With Bank GIG-A-Opportunity You can "work from anywhere" which resonates with the Axis bank philosophy, this platform is expected to boost employment opportunities for talent in smaller towns and the bank is expected to hire up to 15% of incremental hiring over the next three years.

Axis Bank hopes to have up to 15% of incremental hiring in alternate work models over the next three years, and leverage this to drive increased diversity in the talent pool.
The 'Gig-a-Opportunities' jobs are currently active on Axis bank career page as of now most of the jobs are for experienced candidates. And Axis bank is expected to ramp up the no.of jobs in the coming months.
Axis Bank is planning to hire nearly 1,000 new employees under its new hiring initiative 'Gig-a-Opportunities', a model devised to attract skilled talent that can work with the bank remotely, from anywhere in the country, according to several company officials.
