Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi

    Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is a Central Sector scheme with 100% funding from Government of India. The Scheme is effective from 1.12.2018. Under the Scheme an income support of Rs.6000/- per year is provided to all farmer families across the country in three equal installments of Rs.2000/- each every four months. Jagananna Deevana scheme

   Definition of family for the Scheme is husband, wife and minor children. The entire responsibility of identification of beneficiary farmer families rests with the State / UT Governments. The fund is directly transferred to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.Free Disney+ Hotstar subscription

   Farmers covered under the Exclusion Criteria of the Operational Guidelines are not eligible for the benefit of the Scheme. For enrollment, the farmer is required to approach the local patwari / revenue officer / Nodal Officer (PM-Kisan) nominated by the State Government. Vodafone-Idea double data offer.

Objectives of PM Kisan

• With a view to augment the income of the Small and Marginal Farmers (SMFs), the Government has launched a new Central Sector Scheme, namely, “Pradhan Mantri KIsan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN)” in the current financial year.
• The PM-KISAN scheme aims to supplement the financial needs of the SMFs in procuring various inputs to ensure proper crop health and appropriate yields, commensurate with the anticipated farm income at the end of the each crop cycle.
• This would also protect them from falling in the clutches of moneylenders for meeting such expenses and ensure their continuance in the farming activities. 

Benefits to eligible PM-KISAN

   Under the Scheme, a direct payment of Rs. 6000 per year will be transferred in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each every four months into the Aadhar ceded bank accounts of eligible landholding SMFs families. Jio Celebration back 2020

Who can get PM kisan yojana Money

   The number of eligible SMFs under the scheme has been estimated on the basis of

projection of Agricultural Census 2015-16 data for 2018-19. SBI Loan

  The projected number of holding of SMFs landholder farmer families for FY 2018-19 is

13.15 crore.

  Due to likely exclusion of certain categories of beneficiaries of higher economic strata,

the total number of eligible beneficiaries has been taken as 12.50 crore.

  The existing land-ownership system will be used for identification of beneficiaries for
